Bailey Standish loved her job at her law school until sexual advances from her supervisor made working there unbearable. She joins us and shares her experience with sexual harassment in her legal position. She shares advice on how young lawyers, who find themselves in similar positions, can approach the situation.

We discuss the importance of having a supportive mentor and a strong tribe of friends who will guide you. Bailey talks about some of the signs to look for that help tip you off to an inappropriate situation, and she also shares a few resources that are available to victims of sexual harassment.
